FactSEO (“FactSEO”, “we”, “us”) is a website analysis service available at factseo.com and app.factseo.com. It is operated by Aftab Ahmed from Gujranwala, Punjab, Pakistan. You can reach us at contactfactseo@gmail.com. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy.
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. If you use FactSEO for a company or a client, you confirm that you have authority to bind them.
FactSEO audits websites for SEO, AEO (answer-engine) and GEO (generative-engine) signals, lists recommendations, produces reports, monitors scores over time and answers questions through an AI assistant (“SEO Brain”). For WordPress sites connected through the FactSEO Connector plugin, it can apply selected technical fixes when you instruct it to. Some features, such as the Knowledge Graph, are provided as beta. Features marked “Coming soon” are not part of the service until they are released. We may change, add or remove features.
Keep your login details confidential and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account and must give us accurate information.
You may add and connect only websites that you own or are authorized to analyze and modify. When you connect a WordPress site you give FactSEO permission to use the application password you create, to make the changes you request. You can withdraw that permission at any time by deleting the application password in WordPress or by disconnecting the site in FactSEO.
You agree not to: use the service unlawfully; analyze, crawl or modify websites without authorization; overload or interfere with the service or bypass its limits; try to access other users’ data; reverse engineer the service; resell or share paid access without our written permission; or upload malicious content. We may suspend or limit accounts that break these rules.
You keep ownership of your websites, content and data. You allow us to process them as needed to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. Shared report links can be opened by anyone who has the link, so share them with care.
The service, its software, design and brand belong to us. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your plan. You may use the reports you generate for your own business and for your clients.
FactSEO depends on third parties, including hosting (Railway), email delivery (Resend), AI model providers, WordPress and payment providers. Their services have their own terms, and we are not responsible for their outages or actions.
We aim to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. We may carry out maintenance, and beta features may change or stop.
You can stop using FactSEO and delete your account at any time in Settings. Deleting your account deletes your projects, audits, recommendations and connector credentials. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms, if the law requires it, or to protect the service or other users. We may keep records that we are required to keep, such as payment records.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, traffic, rankings or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You agree to cover reasonable losses we suffer from third-party claims caused by your breach of these Terms, or by connecting or modifying a website you were not authorized to.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes are subject to the courts of Gujranwala, Punjab, Pakistan, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your own country. Please contact us first at contactfactseo@gmail.com so we can try to resolve the issue.
