1. Who is responsible

Aftab Ahmed, Gujranwala, Punjab, Pakistan, operates FactSEO and decides how your personal data is used. Contact: contactfactseo@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

• Account: your email address, your name, and a password that we store only as a hash.
• Websites and projects: the URLs you add and the public content we crawl from them (page text, headings, meta tags, links, schema markup and performance signals), plus the scores, recommendations and reports we produce.
• WordPress connection: your site address and the application password you create for the connector, which we store encrypted.
• AI assistant: the questions you type into SEO Brain and the audit data used to answer them.
• Payments: plan, amount, reference code, payment method, transaction reference, dates and any notes you submit. We do not receive or store card numbers. Card payments are made on Payoneer’s own pages.
• Messages: what you send through the contact form or by email.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, request logs and the cookies described below.

3. How we use it

We use your information to provide and secure the service, sign you in, run audits and AutoFix, generate reports, send service emails (password resets, plan activation, payment status and alerts), answer support requests, prevent abuse, improve the product and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

4. AI processing

To answer your SEO Brain questions we send your question and relevant audit data to AI model providers (currently OpenRouter, Groq and Google Gemini). They process it under their own terms and privacy policies. Please do not enter sensitive personal data into SEO Brain.

5. Cookies and local storage

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to protect against cross-site attacks (an access token, a refresh token and a security token), and browser storage for interface settings. We do not use advertising cookies. If we add analytics, we will update this policy.

6. Who we share data with

We share data with service providers that help us run FactSEO: Railway (hosting and database), Resend (email delivery), Hostinger (domain and DNS), the AI providers named above, and Payoneer or your bank when you pay. We may disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our rights or our users. If the business is ever sold, data may transfer to the new owner under this policy.

7. Shared reports

A report link created through FactSEO can be viewed by anyone who has the link.

8. International transfers

We operate from Pakistan, and our providers’ servers may be in other countries, including the European Union and the United States. By using FactSEO you understand that your data may be processed there.

9. Retention

We keep account and project data while your account is active. When you delete your account, your projects, audits, recommendations and connector credentials are deleted from our systems. We keep payment records for as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes, and server logs for a limited time.

10. Security

We use encrypted connections, hashed passwords, encrypted connector credentials and access controls. No system is completely secure. If we learn of a breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you at your account email without undue delay.

11. Your rights

You can access, correct or delete much of your data in Settings, and you can ask us at contactfactseo@gmail.com for a copy, a correction or deletion. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to object to or restrict certain processing, or to complain to a data-protection authority.

12. Children

FactSEO is not intended for anyone under 18.
